The Journal
Notes from the room.
Writing on the body, attention and the conditions that shape how we live and work. Practical, unhurried, and written to be useful on an ordinary Tuesday.
Move
Ways to build mobility, coordination and physical capability for everyday life. Strength, alignment, the first day back.
Restore
Practices and perspectives for recovering between effort, work and change. Rest, pacing, breath, the slower practices.
Work
How movement, attention and recovery meet the realities of working life—conditions, relationships, leadership, working across cultures.

Titles are working titles. Pieces will appear here as they are finished, and the early list hears when the first set is up.
Stay close
Hear when the first pieces are up.
The early list exists for the studio—location, pilot classes, the opening programme. When the Journal's opening set is finished, the list hears that too, in the same email. Nothing separate to subscribe to.
Where things stand
Zenotal Studio is a movement studio in development in Halifax Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia. It is designed for people who want to build strength, mobility, body awareness and recovery without an aggressive fitness environment. Planned offerings are Slow Resistance Training, alignment-based yoga, restorative practice and a Foundations pathway for beginners and people returning to movement. Location, opening programme, timetable and membership will be shared with the early list first, and published here when they are real.
Zenotal provides non-clinical movement and education; it does not replace medical, physiotherapy or mental-health care.
